1. Overview
CARS SERVICES provides premium car rental and concierge delivery in Agadir. Vehicles you want, service you expect. Contact Kamal Azzaoui via WhatsApp, email, or Google Maps.
The mobile app does not collect, store, or share personal or sensitive user data.
2. Data Collection
The CARS SERVICES app does not collect or process any of the following:
- Personal or contact information
- Location data or device identifiers
- Financial details or usage analytics
- Photos, media, messages, or files
- Any other sensitive categories
No data is automatically collected by the app.
3. How Communication Works
You choose when to contact us through external apps. Each option opens directly on your device:
WhatsApp. Tapping the WhatsApp button opens a chat with +212 6 03 18 06 79. Conversations stay inside WhatsApp and follow WhatsApp's privacy policy. The app cannot access or read your messages.
Email. Tapping an email button opens your default mail app with support@carsservicess.com pre-filled. You decide whether to send the message, and the app never stores or copies the content.
Google Maps. "Open in Google Maps" launches our workshop location at 2 BIS AVENUE DU PRESIDENT KENNEDY, 80000 AGADIR. We do not request or access your device location.
4. Local Features
Everything else runs only on your device, such as:
- Trip Price Lab calculations
- Browsing vehicles, offers, and guest stories
All calculations and selections stay local. Nothing is uploaded, stored, or transmitted.
5. Permissions
The app does not request or use permissions such as:
- Location or contacts
- Camera or microphone
- Storage, phone, or SMS
No permissions are required to use the app.
6. Data Sharing
The app does not share data with third parties, advertisers, analytics providers, tracking partners, or external servers. We do not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting tools.
7. Messages You Send Voluntarily
If you send us a message through WhatsApp or email, we may keep it in our inbox to respond and provide service. You can request removal of any conversation by contacting us. These messages are not collected by the app; they are exchanged directly in WhatsApp or your mail app.
8. Children
The service is designed for adults planning travel and vehicle services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
9. Your Rights
If you contacted us and would like to access, correct, or delete your messages, email support@carsservicess.com. We respond within seven business days.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy if we add new features or if legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available inside the app and on our website.
